Temperature Probe. Delivery. Hopeless

Delivery is absolutly hopeless. If the product was not so good would not purchase because of delivery. There was a charge of about 45 USD for express delivery that took more than 14 days. If it is express delivery then it should be express. Other wise just charge normal rates. If we want an express delivery how is this to be managed in the future. I am still waiting for 5 relays. Small items of low value should be sent by normal airmail. Should receive in a week.
